Alex Gonzalez ran the bases before Tuesday's game against the Pirates and said his tight left hamstring was feeling better.
With the nearing return of Aramis Ramirez and Corey Hart, Alex Gonzalez's junky run at a full time utility starter is about to come to an end as he will be spending a lot more time riding the pine in the near future. With that in mind and the fact that he flat out sucks, we urge you to forget his name in relation to adding value to your fantasy baseball team.

Alex Gonzalez (hand) is not in the Brewers' starting lineup on Sunday.
Martin Maldonado will start at first base with Yuniesky Betancourt playing third base. With all the playing time Maldonado is getting, currently only catcher eligible in most leagues, he is worth adding to your NL-only format as he is on his way to earning first base eligibility, as well, but I don't recommend either option today.
