Whether your team is already in the midst of a playoff run, or you’re entering the final week of the regular fantasy season, it’s time to pick up these players down the stretch.

Byron Mullens (C, CHA)

I was very high on Mullens early on in the year when he became a starter for the Bobcats. The center is young and can score in bunches. During January Mullens scored at least 14 points in nine contests.

Now, Mullens has scored at least 17 points in three of his last five games, and has emerged as the starting center for the Bobcats once again.

If your team is in need of a scorer, Mullens is definitely your go to guy right now. He will be given starters minutes for the remainder of the regular season and could be that one pick-up that helps bring your team to fantasy victory this fantasy postseason.

Charles Jenkins (PG, GSW)

Jenkins has taken over the starting point-guard role as of late and is posting very solid numbers during this span of time. During his last five games, the guard is averaging 14.2 PPG, 5.6 APG, and 1.0 SPG in 28 minutes per action.

As long as Jenkins can keep up this production, he is worthy of a pick-up and could be started if need be.

While the guard did drop 27 points against the Blazers last week, it’s not likely that he will post numbers like that again.

Shannon Brown (SG, PHX)

After being virtually invisible during the season in Phoenix, Brown has finally stepped into the starting role for the Suns. In four games since then, the guard has dropped a stat line of 16, 32, 10, and 16, not too bad, huh?

Brown is a solid scorer and won’t provide you with much of anything else aside from that. If your team is in need of a consistent scorer, Brown will be good for around 12-15 points per game as long as he is logging 30+ minutes from here on out.

Kevin Seraphin (PF, WAS)

Seraphin has really started to pick up the pace as of late, averaging 13 PPG, 6.8 RPG and 1.4 BPG in 30.8 minutes per game during his last five. With Nene in a walking boot and Trevor Booker out of the lineup temporarily, Seraphin will continue to log heavy minutes for the Washington Wizards.

The forward is proving that he can play at a high level when given ample playing time, and owners that have picked up Seraphin are starting to see that. This rookie is really showing off his talent down the stretch and is certainly valuable enough to be picked up and started while his hot streak continues.

Kawhi Leonard (SF, SAS)

Leonard has scored in double-figures in four of his last five contests and is logging starters minutes on a consistent basis for the Spurs as of late. The forward provides a solid amount of points, rebounds and steals to be considered a decent pick-up if you are in need of stats in those categories.

The Spurs have plenty of talent on their roster, so it’s difficult for Leonard to really break out. The good news for Leonard is that head-coach Gregg Popovich could begin to rest some of his older players with the regular seasons schedule dwindling down. If that is the case, Leonard could see a boost in minutes, which could translate into an increase in overall productivity
