Charlotte Bobcats C Tyson Chandler plans to play tonight against the Washington Wizards. Chandler (stress reaction in his left foot) hasn't played since late December. He went through shootaround fine and he and Brown both said he should be active versus the Wizards. It seems unlikely Chandler would start or play long minutes since he's obviously lost game conditioning from six weeks of inactivity.
