Fred Davis-TE - Redskins
Fred Davis has signed his franchise player tender and the deadline for him to sign a long-term deal is July 16. It is, however, extremely unlikely that Davis will be getting a new, multi-year contract. He is going to have to demonstrate that he can stay out of trouble before the Redskins are going to write him a big signing bonus check.
