"We'll hold him out and see how he feels the next couple of days," Vinny Del Negro said of PG Chris Paul (knee). "There's no timetable. Maybe in a week, I'm not sure what it's going to be right now. I know he's not playing (against Oklahoma City). He had an MRI last week, when he (hurt) it."
Paul's knee continues to give him problems as he missed Tuesday's game against Oklahoma City. As speculated before the game, he is expected to be day-to-day moving forward.
