Updated: After months of uncertainty surrounding center Andrew Bynum (knee), the 76ers are beginning to show growing optimism about the big man finally making his season -- and team -- debut. Bynum, who has been sidelined all season with knee soreness, Sunday after working on his low-post spin moves following the team's practice last Friday. "It’s encouraging as Andrew is doing more and more work," associate coach Michael Curry told the Philadelphia Daily News. "The fact that he’s starting to do some things in shootaround, his level of activity has picked up and he’s here working three hours or so, you’re going to get excited."
