Updated: Wearing a brace on his right knee and a sleeve on his left, Andrew Bynum, who said he dunked for the first time this season during Sunday’s workout. Bynum said Monday that he’s doing “a little bit” more every day and taking “baby steps” to overcome the bone bruises in both knees that have sidelined him all season. He’s still not going full speed or consistently jumping too high, but Tuesday seemed to be another positive day on the way to Bynum practicing as soon as next week and playing as early as Feb. 20 at Minnesota.
