Tim Duncan suffered a sprained right ankle and a sprained left knee. He will not return to tonight's game.
Duncan left the arena under his own power tonight which is always a good sign. We would expect his to miss some time as the Spurs will be real cautions with there star, especially since he just recovered from a knee injury.
