Update: Thaddeus Young suffered a left hamstring strain and is continuing to be examined in the Sixers locker room. He will not return to game.
Look for Spencer Hawes to log big minutes in Young's absence. Being Young looked to be in a lot of pain it would be wise to grab Hawes if he's available in your league.
