Josh Smith-F - Hawks
The Brooklyn Nets are aggressively pursuing a trade for Atlanta Hawks star forward Josh Smith, league sources told ESPN. The two teams are engaged in discussions. But one source said while "there has been lots of talk, nothing is close yet."
His value would receive a bump if he was sent to Brooklyn simply because of the talent around him. I maintain my stance that he isn't the type of player you build around, rather a nice piece to have. Playing with a PG like Deron Williams and a similar styled player like Gerald Wallace would give JSmoove more room to operate offensively. If you're a Smith owner, you're looking for this trade to happen. If you're not, consider trading for him in hopes that it does.
