Sixers Andrew Bynum is still having pain in left knee, 'not sure' if still can play later this month.
Bynum said he's experiencing the pain doing his defensive slides and basketball activity. Said he has "to dial it down." Owners that held on to him can drop him as they won't get much, if anything out of him this season with latest setback.
