Cavaliers center Tyler Zeller is just happy to be standing upright. After a 48-hour ordeal with flu-like symptoms, which caused him to miss the Cavs’ 102-97 loss to New York on Monday, he returned to practice on Tuesday. He spent some time in the emergency room on Sunday when he was throwing up and had stomach pain. “I didn’t eat anything Sunday,” he said. “I had two IVs. I had like three little things of Jell-O and a half a bottle of water.”
