Value:  All stats are based on players last 200 games played. Value is based on a standard score calculation, where 0.0 is the average for your league's top players (based on your settings). As a general guideline, a value of 2.0 and above for an individual category is very good, -2.0 and below, really bad.
Rankings:  These Values are assigned to each Player, and they show how easy or hard it is to perform in a certain category against them. For instance, A Player may have an Ease Ranking of 2.50 for the HR Category, meaning they're very easy to hit HR's against.
