(b) STATS shall also provide certain portions of the Licensed Content with the following notice:

Any commercial use or distribution without the express written consent of the Associated Press and STATS LLC is strictly prohibited." Licensee shall not remove or otherwise alter this copyright notice and logo, contained in Exhibit B.

(c) On all pages of the Site where Content Widgets appear, Licensee shall include STATS' logo, contained in Exhibit B, and the following notice:
